Leading a multidisciplinary team, I navigated complex challenges, ensuring a cohesive approach to redesign. My role involved extensive stakeholder engagement, driving design direction, and facilitating solution-focused discussions.
Our process began with immersive research, uncovering unique needs and opportunities. We translated these insights into actionable design principles, fostering an inclusive and adaptable space.
The redesigned space now boasts enhanced functionality and aesthetics. Key features include a welcoming and informative reception area, inviting furnishings and interior design, and a dedicated children's area. These changes were not just physical but also symbolic of the cooperative's evolving identity.
